In the winter of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Dionca Guess was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of December 28th, she was found inside a vehicle in the 5700 block of North Garrison Avenue, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
