In the final days of 2018, a dispute at a Tulsa, Oklahoma apartment complex tragically escalated, ending the life of 26-year-old Louis Poole. On the evening of December 29th, an argument broke out, culminating in gunfire. Poole was discovered outside the Riviera West Apartments, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
