In the small town of Arapaho, Oklahoma, the life of 45-year-old Heather Dawn Park, a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes, came to a violent and tragic end on the evening of April 20, 2019. Heather, a beloved mother and substitute teacher, was fatally shot multiple times while sitting in her car at a Dino Mart convenience store.
