Kathleen Cade, a 76-year-old retired teacher from Oklahoma City, tragically lost her life on August 14, 2024, after being struck by a stray bullet while lying in bed on August 7, 2024. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when a bullet entered her room from NW 36th Street, striking her in the head.
