In the early morning hours of August 7, 2024, a stray bullet tragically ended the life of 72-year-old Kathleen Cade, a retired teacher, as she slept in her northwest Oklahoma City home. A concerned family member requested a welfare check later that day when they couldn't get in touch with her.
