On October 14, 2010, 32-year-old Damesha Hunter, a mother of four, was on the phone with her husband, Laroye Hunter III, in her Tulsa, Oklahoma, home when a knock at the door interrupted their conversation. After setting the phone down to answer, Damesha never returned to the call. Laroye Hunter III later told police that he came home to discover his wife had been shot to death. Officers arriving at the residence at 7108 E. Newton Place found Damesha deceased inside; there were no signs of force ...
