In the early hours of a cold January morning in Oklahoma City, the life of a young man came to a tragic and violent end. Takota Wolf Wise, a 22-year-old male of the Eastern Shoshoni Tribe, was last seen on foot around 1:30 a.m. on January 23, 2020.
