In the late summer of 2020, the life of Mark Clifford Lake, a 62-year-old man, was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of Saturday, August 29th, police were called to a homeless encampment in the northern part of the city, near the intersection of East 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue. There, they discovered Mr. Lake had been shot. Emergency medical responders transported him to a local hospital, but sadly, he succumbed to his injuries.
