In Tulsa, Oklahoma, on October 6, 2020, a dispute escalated to a fatal conclusion, claiming the life of 44-year-old Tully Jay Clark. That day, police responded to a shooting incident near East Pine Street and North Sheridan Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds. One of them was Tully Clark, who was rushed to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The second victim was reported to be in critical condition.
