In the early morning hours of March 14, 2021, a heated argument at the America's Best Value Inn in Tulsa, Oklahoma, escalated to a fatal conclusion, ending the life of 28-year-old Kyle Eugene Buck. The altercation resulted in Buck being shot in the upper torso. Despite the immediate response of emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the shooting, which occurred near Memorial and East 31st Street.
