In the spring of 2021, a night of violence tragically cut short the life of Sarah Marie Collins, a 15-year-old girl from Oklahoma City. On the evening of April 8th, police were called to the 600 block of S.E. 22nd Street, where they discovered Sarah's body. Investigators determined that an altercation had broken out in the area, leading to an exchange of gunfire. It is believed that Sarah was not the intended target of the shooting and was an innocent bystander struck by a stray bullet.
