In a tragic event that unfolded in a home near Lake Overholser in Oklahoma City, 69-year-old Constance 'Connie' Shaffer-Duey was found deceased on September 8, 2022. Police had been called to the residence at 2209 Graham Avenue to conduct a welfare check when they made the grim discovery. Inside the home, they found Ms. Shaffer-Duey, a female, and her 30-year-old son, Noel Shaffer, both of whom had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
