In the autumn of 2021, the life of 18-year-old Anthony Gardner Jr., a male from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short. On November 20, 2021, emergency services received a call reporting a potential hit-and-run incident near 41st and Memorial. However, upon their arrival, Tulsa police discovered that Gardner had not been struck by a vehicle but had been shot.
