In a tragic series of events that unfolded in Oklahoma City, Konner Huckeby, a male, lost his life on November 27, 2021. His death was the result of a brutal kidnapping and murder orchestrated by members of the Universal Aryan Brotherhood, a white supremacist gang.

The incident began on the night of November 26, 2021, when Huckeby was lured from his room at the Extended Stay America hotel on West Reno Avenue. He was led to believe he was meeting a woman named Danielle Velez for a fentanyl transaction. Surveillance footage captured Huckeby getting into a white pickup truck, which then sped away. It is believed that once inside the vehicle, Huckeby was attacked by multiple members of the gang.

The following morning, Huckeby's body was discovered on the side of South Richland Road near Southwest 44th Street. He had sustained injuries consistent with a homicide, including being beaten, stabbed, and shot multiple times. An investigation revealed that Huckeby, who was associated with the Bloods gang, was targeted as part of an ongoing conflict with the Universal Aryan Brotherhood. The plot was reportedly orchestrated by high-ranking gang members, including one who was incarcerated at the time.

In the wake of the murder, numerous arrests were made, and nearly a dozen individuals associated with the Universal Aryan Brotherhood faced charges including first-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy. One of the key figures, Jordan Shaw, was identified as the individual who shot Huckeby as part of his initiation into the gang. Shaw, along with several others, eventually entered into plea deals. Those facing first-degree murder charges received life sentences for their roles in the violent death of Konner Huckeby.
