In the early evening hours of January 6, 2022, a dispute on the streets of Oklahoma City escalated into a fatal encounter. Oscar Fermin Alvarez, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was driving near the intersection of Reno Avenue and South Pennsylvania Avenue when a traffic confrontation occurred. The situation tragically culminated in a shooting, leaving Alvarez deceased inside his vehicle at the scene.
