Mark D. Clewis, age 41, was murdered in Oklahoma City on April 19, 2007. The incident occurred in front of his two sons, one of whom was a key witness. Due to the young witness being advised by a counselor not to testify, the case stalled, and the initially arrested suspect was released from jail on November 30, 2008, which was also Clewis’s birthday.
