On a late Thursday evening in Oklahoma City, the life of 24-year-old Brian Simms Jr. was tragically cut short. The young man from Olathe, Kansas, was in the city and had attended a concert at the Farmers Public Market. After the event, he was found asleep in his car in the parking lot. Two off-duty police officers, who were working as private security for the venue, noticed him and approached the vehicle.
