In the summer of 2022, the life of George Thomas Burkhalter Jr., a 35-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City. On July 16, Burkhalter became a victim of gun violence. The Del City Police Department subsequently opened a homicide investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
