In the early morning hours of August 13, 2022, the life of 44-year-old Keith Brown was tragically cut short. He was discovered beside a bus stop near the corner of 11th and Garnett in east Tulsa, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Witnesses in the area reported hearing a shot and seeing people fleeing from the scene around 5 a.m. The Tulsa Police Department promptly launched a homicide investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
