On a cold February day in 1963, the quiet community of Green Bay, Wisconsin, was shaken by a horrific discovery. Inside a home, police found the bodies of five family members, all victims of gunshot wounds to the head. Among them was eleven-year-old Janice V. Rudell, a White female, who along with her twin sister Judith, older brother John, mother Joyce Hebard, and stepfather Jack Hebard, had been tragically killed on February 18, 1963.
