In the summer of 1978, a tragic event unfolded in Waukesha, Wisconsin, forever marking the community. Sergeant Quin Obrien, a 50-year-old White/Caucasian male and a veteran of both the United States Army and Marine Corps, was a dedicated officer with 24 years of service to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
