James L. Bell, aged 46, died on April 6, 2018, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, from a single gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at his home on Sunset Drive, and his wife was immediately arrested following the shooting. The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office later determined that she would not face any charges, as the shooting was deemed an act of self-defense.
