The horrific events of December 3, 2009, unfolded when the
bodies of Amber and Neveah were discovered in the garage of their Madison residence on Park Edge Drive. Both had been fatally shot. The discovery launched a homicide investigation that would soon reveal a wider tragedy. On the same day, authorities found the bodies of 33-year-old Tracy L. Graser and her young daughter, Deja Adair, in nearby Middleton.
The investigation quickly zeroed in on one suspect for all four homicides: Tyrone Adair, Neveah's father. A nationwide manhunt was initiated for the 38-year-old, who had a history of domestic abuse and was involved in paternity cases with both Amber Weigel and Tracy Graser.
