In the winter of 2009 in Madison, Wisconsin, the life of a 2-year-old girl named Neveah Weigel-Adair was tragically cut short. On December 3rd, young Neveah, a female, and her 25-year-old mother, Amber Michelle Weigel, were found shot to death in a vehicle inside the garage of their home. Neveah was described as a loving little girl, full of spark and personality, who shared a love of music and art with her mother.
