In the spring of 2014, the family of Devon DV Edward Harris grew concerned when the 19-year-old Black/African American male became unreachable for several days. Their worst fears were realized on Saturday, April 12, 2014, when a family member discovered him deceased in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
