Marqui D. Hogan, a 25-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2015, following a violent altercation. The incident occurred near 11th and Atkinson, where Hogan was shot after exiting a business in the area. According to reports, Hogan was approached by an individual who had pulled up in a vehicle, leading to a confrontation that escalated into a physical fight.
