Jeffrey Dale Young, a 28-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on August 18, 1987, in Manatee County, Florida. Jeffrey, who served as a Florida Highway Trooper, was killed during a routine traffic stop on the northbound lanes of I-75, south of the Manatee River bridge.
