Willie Lee Jones, a 65-year-old resident of Palmetto, Florida, passed away on January 24, 2014. He was a well-known figure in his community, having been actively involved in local sports and the Parks and Recreation Department. Jones was a graduate of Lincoln Memorial High School and the University of Tampa, where he excelled in football and was even drafted by the Miami Dolphins.
