Marcus Bland, a 26-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2014. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of W. Roberts Street, where Bland was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite rescue crews' efforts to save him, Bland was pronounced dead at the scene.
