In the early evening of September 21, 2020, a seemingly minor car accident in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, abruptly escalated into a fatal encounter for Marcus T. Brown, a 37-year-old Black / African American man. The incident, which occurred in the Silver City neighborhood on the city's south side, began as a simple fender bender but quickly spiraled into a heated argument.
