In the winter of 2019, the life of 18-year-old Xavier Emuel Crespo was tragically cut short on the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the evening of Sunday, February 24, 2019, violence erupted near the intersection of 13th and Becher, resulting in a shooting that claimed Xavier's life.
