In the cold of a Milwaukee winter, on December 14, 2014, the body of 24-year-old Keanna Moore, a Black/African American female, was discovered in a parked car in an alley near 95th and Silver Spring Rd. Responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle, police found Moore in the passenger seat, concealed within a sleeping bag-type blanket.
