In the pre-dawn hours of Sunday, October 27, 2019, the life of Kimotasha Perry, a 24-year-old Black / African American woman, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was fatally shot near 16th Street and North Avenue in an act that her family has described as domestic violence.
