In the early evening of a summer day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 21-year-old Domonic T. Taylor, a Black male, was cut short. On June 27, 2015, just before 7:30 p.m. near 63rd and Hope, a violent encounter unfolded. Taylor was inside a vehicle when he was shot.
