Death by Force

A tragic and unforeseen chain of events on a spring evening in Milwaukee led to the death of 15-year-old Rasheed T. Chiles, a Black/African American male. On April 12, 2015, a van driven by Archie Brown Jr. struck Rasheed's 2-year-old brother, Damani Terry, who had unexpectedly run into the street. Brown immediately stopped to check on the young child.
