Jemell D. McMillan, aged 36, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2016, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On that fateful evening, McMillan was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 3300 block of N. 37th Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries hours later. The initial investigation revealed that McMillan was unarmed at the time of the shooting.
