Lajuan Lipsey, a 21-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on Monday, September 14, 2015, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident, which began inside a residence near 24th Place and Melvina, stemmed from a dispute over a small sum of money. Police later found Lipsey lying in the middle of the street around 10 a.m. having succumbed to his injuries after running out of the house.
