A quiet late-summer evening on Milwaukee's northwest side was shattered by gunfire on Saturday, August 30, 2025, leading to the death of 22-year-old Keith Davis. A Black male, Davis was shot near the intersection of North 61st Street and West Congress Street. Police were summoned to the scene at approximately 9:28 p.m. First responders arrived to find Davis with gunshot wounds and quickly transported him to a local hospital.
