On March 21, 2025, a day marked by a series of shootings in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 42-year-old Isaac Pelegrino, a Black/African American male, was fatally shot. His death was one of several violent incidents that day, which altogether left one person dead and three others wounded, including a child. Pelegrino was discovered in the 2100 block of South 7th Street, and his death was officially ruled a homicide by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner.
