Brian D. Singleton, a 21-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2016. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred shortly after midnight. The incident was detected by ShotSpotter, a system of sensors designed to identify and verify gunfire in high-crime areas. Police responded to the alert and discovered Singleton in the 3800 block of N. 13th St., where he had been shot.
