On a Sunday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Timothy Houston, a 34-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically cut short. On November 22, 2015, Houston was shot and killed outside of his residence near 83rd and Congress. At the time of his death, he was a father to four children.
