Prarie D. Kelly, a 32-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2016. According to reports, Kelly was seated in a vehicle near 68th and Florist when he was approached by a male suspect. An argument ensued between Kelly and the suspect, which escalated quickly.
