Daniel C. Cabrices, aged 53, was found shot to death on June 7, 2016, on Milwaukee's south side. His body was discovered near South 15th Place and West Grant Street in the Lincoln Village neighborhood. The police were called to the scene around 5:50 a.m., where they found a trail of blood leading across the street to a building where Cabrices' body was located. An autopsy revealed that Cabrices had suffered three gunshot wounds.
