Moses A. Olotu Jr., a 22-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on June 29, 2023. The incident occurred near Kilbourn Reservoir Park in the vicinity of North and Bremen streets. Police discovered Olotu's body inside a car around 6:30 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
