In the winter of 2017, the life of 19-year-old Croshian Xaviere-Romaine Edwards Jr., a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in what should have been the safety of his West Allis, Wisconsin home. On the evening of February 12th, what began as an attempted robbery escalated into a devastating act of violence that would not only claim his life but also that of his younger brother.
