On a Sunday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Darrius L. Rose, a 26-year-old Black / African American male, was cut short. On October 29, 2017, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Rose was inside a vehicle in a shopping center parking lot in the 6000 block of North Teutonia Avenue when he was fatally shot. The suspects, who were in another vehicle, fled the scene after the shooting. Rose was pronounced dead at the location.
