In the cold of a Milwaukee winter, on February 4, 2024, the life of Corey A. Stewart was tragically cut short. A 51-year-old Black / African American male, Stewart was in the 6700 block of North 54th Street when gunfire erupted. Emergency services were called to the scene, where they found him with critical injuries. Despite their efforts and immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
