Death by Force

In the spring of 2018, the life of Marshall L. Moody, a 44-year-old Black male, was abruptly cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the morning of March 30th, around 11 a.m., Moody was outside a residence on the city's north side, near the intersection of W. Burleigh and N. 20th Street, when he was fatally shot. The brazen act of violence in broad daylight immediately prompted an investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department, who treated the case as a homicide.
