On a spring night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 33-year-old Jessica Nelson, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short. In the early hours of April 14, 2018, Nelson and a man identified as Jamie Johnson were discovered inside a vehicle on the city's south side, both having been fatally shot. The grim discovery was made on the 1900 block of South 11th Street, a neighborhood that was soon to be gripped by fear.
