On a summer morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 56-year-old Kenneth Wayne Martin, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On Sunday, August 4, 2019, Martin was shot and killed near the intersection of 13th and Atkinson. A father of three, he was remembered by his family as a man who always sought peace.
