On a Saturday afternoon in Madison, Wisconsin, the life of Aaron Xavier Johnson, a 22-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On February 8, 2020, Johnson was at his home in the 100 block of N. Blair St. when he answered a knock at his front door. He was fatally shot in what police believe was not a random act of violence.
